| Can iScore Baseball be used to score softball games? |
| |
Absolutely! We have users scoring all kinds of baseball-related sports with iScore Baseball.
There are many women's softball leagues using iScore, men's slow pitch leagues, and even
competitive wiffle ball! We have functionality built in for supporting things like 10
defensive fielders, all players batting, etc.

| How many batters will iScore Baseball support in my lineup? |
| |
iScore has no limit to the number of players that can bat in a lineup. It will track any
number of batters for each team. When entering your lineup, just set Batting = Yes
for any player that is batting whether they are playing a defensive position or not, and
iScore will track all batting statistics for every player.

| Will iScore Baseball work on my iPod Touch? |
| |
Yes! iScore Baseball will work on any iPhone or iPod Touch. The only requirement is that you are
running iPhone Operating System version 2.2 or higher. You can check the version of your Operating System
by clicking the Settings icon on your device, then click teh General setting, then About. One of
the items listed will be Version. If you are running a version prior to 2.2, you can upgrade by
connecting your device to iTunes, and clicking the "Check for Update" button.

| How do I export my database so support can look at my data? |

To export your database to our servers, click on Options from the main menu.
Next click the "Export" button. iScore Baseball will then ask you to
"Confirm Export" - click OK. It may take a little while for the export
to complete depending on the speed of your network, and how many
games you have scored. Wait until you get the "Successful" message.
After you get the Successful message, click OK, and make note of your
Customer ID in the bottom left corner of the Options screen.

| Why does iScore experience strange behavior when I (fill in the blank)? |

The #1 cause of odd behavior / crashes within iScore Baseball is low memory issues.
iScore is a complete scoring application running on your iPhone. We did not
take shortcuts trying to limit the functionality. As a result, it can use a lot
of memory. Some applications that you may run on your phone do not "clean up"
after themselves properly, and over time, they "leak". The best way to clean
up this leaked memory is to occassionaly "hard reset" your device. This is done
by pressing and holding the power button until you get the "slide to power off"
message. Slide the red arrow to power off your phone, and then turn it back on. This
ensures all memory has been cleared. An alternative to this is to use a utility
application to free the memory on your device. Here is a link to a nice one in

| How well does the battery hold up with iScore Baseball? |

We have had users report scoring double headers on a fully charged battery with no problems.
